The Studio integrates the best of personal fitness training, pilates (mat and reformer), physiotherapy, nutrition & acupuncture.

They have ACC & REPs registered team at movementLAB use evidence-based treatments in their fully integrated Pilates studio so any goal of yours is possible.

The beautifil timber cladding, joinery and ceiling strips makes for a wonderfully welcoming space.
