Can I customise my wardrobe?
Absolutely. With our fully customised units, you have complete control over the design, layout, finish, and hardware. Our design team is here to help you create a wardrobe that perfectly fits your space and lifestyle.
Can you give us a price based on drawings provided?
Yes, we can. Please email us your drawings, and we will provide a quote based on the specifications provided.
What is the typical delivery and installation timeline?
Delivery and installation times depend on the design and level of customisation you choose. Generally, after finalising your design for standard units and finishes, expect three weeks of manufacturing—which includes a full site measurement by our team before production begins. For more customised units, the lead time will be discussed with you during the design stage.
Do you serve outside the Auckland region?
It depends on the volume of the job. For smaller jobs, we can send your wardrobes flat-packed so you can arrange an installer, as our standard wardrobes are very easy to install. If you have larger volume projects, please discuss your requirements with us, and we will advise you accordingly.
Do you offer warranties or after-sales support?
Yes, we stand behind the quality of our work. All our wardrobes come with a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship, and our customer service team is available to assist with any questions or concerns after installation.
